Sassy Scrubs Supports Servicemen

Sassy Scrubs, a US custom hospital scrub uniform producer and online retailer, operating in Penn Yan, NY, recently increased their efforts to support US troops by donating two huge cartons of doctor’s scrub pants.  These uniform pants were requested by American military hospitals and surgical centers in Europe and the Middle East to be used by staff and recovering patients, who asked for the uniform pants as comfortable pajamas.

Sassy Scrubs Company Owner, Karen Bradley, states “We have supported the Landstuhl Hospital Care Project for quite a while now, and due to contact with this institution, can determine what the real needs are for our servicemen and women.”  To date, this has signified shipping donations of scrub tops for first response medics; hospital scrub pants for sick patients and hospital doctors and nurses; and interesting surgical caps worn by hospital staff and field medics.  Another general desire which has been met by the scrubs Company in the past is patriotic themed med bags, meant for storage and transfer of the patient’s personal effects, pertinent records, and medications as they are moved from field to hospital.  To raise spirits at Christmastime, Sassy Scrubs plans to mail Christmas Stockings, which have been requested, to the soldiers who’ll be treated in the overseas hospitals at holiday time.

As the nursing scrubs uniform manufacturer custom makes all the uniforms they offer, Sassy Scrubs is prepared to focus on a specific need to help US military members.   “We keep watch for the requests by the group as they are posted”, declares Bradley, “and assist when we can help work on a request.”  The scrubs Company has committed to continue their on-going donations to support United States service members as long as there exist American troops abroad and as long as there is a need.
